I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with high anxiety, chronic worry, and the mental and emotional toll that comes with always feeling “on”. The people I work with are thoughtful, capable and driven, yet they still find themselves caught in the web of anxiety, cycles of stress, self-doubt, and racing thoughts that make it hard to enjoy their lives.
Anxiety can feel like living in a mind that never slows down. Keeping up with a race that only exists in your head, or feeling like you’ve been living a life that isn’t really yours. Anxiety is trying to always be one step ahead of a problem that doesn’t exist. Anxiety is feeling like you’re constantly on edge and barely holding it together, feeling like the breaking point is any day now.
Our work moves toward actionable tools and ways to minimize anxiety in your life. We focus on finding the deeper patterns that keep anxiety stuck so you can live your life, not a life that feels like you’re part of a never ending race that has no winner. The goal is to equip you with not just temporary comfort, but with a resilient self that can face conflict, embrace the uncertainty that life has to offer, and continuously evolve toward your highest potential.
