Our work together is the process of your full potential as a person. Real work happens when you accept that life involves pain, hardships, successes, uncertainty, and surrender. I believe therapy is about the relationship we have with ourselves and not waiting for the world to change, but changing how we show up in this world. When we lose touch of who we are, we can feel empty and stuck. The recognition of our entire selves can have a monumental impact on how we navigate in this world. I believe the theraputic relationship involves forward motion. Sometimes, your greatest potential lies on the other side of your greatest fears.

Fees

My fee for a 50-minute therapy session is $190. To ensure therapy is accessible, I reserved a limited number of reduced fee slots based on financial need and individual circumstances. Please feel free to inquire about current availability for these reduced fee spots during our initial consultation.

Insurance

To offer you the most personalized and confidential care possible, I operate on a fee-for service basis and am considered an out of network provider. However, I can provide you with invoices (also known as “superbills”) that you can send to your insurance company to request reimbursement.

Insurance reimbursement questions

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health or behavioral health benefits?

  • What is my deductible for out-of-network mental health services, and how much of it has been met this year?

  • What is the usual and customary rate (UCR) for the following CPT code in my area? 90837.

  • What percentage of the fee is covered for out-of-outpatient psychotherapy?

  • Is there a maximum number of sessions allowed per year for out patient mental health?

  • What is the mailing address, fax number, or online portal for submitting suberbills/claims?

  • How long does it typically take to receive reimbursement after submitting a claim?

*Cancellation policy - I understand life can be unpredictable and sometimes things happen. To ensure I can provide the best possible care for my clients, I maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note that sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, will be charged the full session fee.
